All bookings made with Tick Vacation are non-refundable and non-transferable. By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., natural disasters or emergencies), requests for cancellation may be considered at Tick Vacation’s sole discretion. Any approved refund may be subject to cancellation fees.

  1. Amendments to Bookings

Changes to Booking Dates: Amendments to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Requests must be made at least 7 days before the original check-in date.

Guest Details: Changes to guest details, such as names or passport information, must be communicated at least 48 hours before check-in.

  1. Refund Process

In cases where a refund is approved (e.g., due to double payment or error on our part), it will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

  1. No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

  1. Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen situations such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, Tick Vacation will make every effort to assist guests. Refunds or rescheduling options will be assessed based on the specific circumstances and applicable policies at that time.

  1. Security Deposit Refunds

The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, provided there are no damages, policy violations, or additional charges incurred during the stay. Any deductions for damages or penalties will be communicated to the guest with a detailed explanation. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
