Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Tick Vacation! By making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- PASSPORT SUBMISSION: All guests, including children and infants, must submit their passports in advance as per Dubai Tourism Rules. Failure to comply will result in denied check-in.
- VISITOR POLICY: Visitor passports must be sent to info@tickvacation.com for approval before entry. Violating visitor policies may lead to eviction and loss of the security deposit.
- AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in, unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
- RESPECT THE PROPERTY: Treat the property as your own home, keeping it clean and tidy.
- REPORT ISSUES: Inform us immediately about any problems to ensure your safety and comfort.
- WINDOWS AND DOORS: Keep windows and balcony doors closed when you are not in the property.
- ENERGY CONSERVATION: Switch off lights and appliances when not in use.
- DEPARTURE CONDITION: Leave the property as you found it upon check-out.
- NO SMOKING: Smoking inside the property is prohibited. A non-negotiable AED 1,000 penalty will apply for violations.
- CIGARETTE DISPOSAL: Do not throw cigarette butts, lit cigarettes, or rubbish from balconies or windows.
- TRASH DISPOSAL: Dispose of trash only in designated bins or the trash chute on your floor.
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- PETS: Pets are not allowed without prior written permission.
- NEIGHBOURLY CONDUCT: Avoid disturbing neighbours and maintain a peaceful environment.
- LEGAL COMPLIANCE: Refrain from illegal or culturally disrespectful activities.
- DAMAGE CHARGES: Any damage to property, including stained towels or linens, will be deducted from the security deposit.
- KEY AND ACCESS CARDS: Do not share keys or access cards with non-registered guests. Lost keys or cards will incur replacement costs (AED 500 for access cards, AED 250 for keys).
- LINEN AND TOWELS: Do not wash provided linens or towels. One hand towel and one bath towel per guest are included; additional towels are available for an extra charge.
- HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES: Extra housekeeping services are available on request at an additional fee.
- CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an extra fee, subject to availability.
- TV SUBSCRIPTIONS: Do not subscribe to additional TV channels. Unauthorized subscriptions will result in charges for the subscription, cancellation fee, and a AED 100 service fee.
- BOOKING POLICY: All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- APPLIANCE USE: Leave all appliances plugged in as you found them.
- SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT: Ensure the property remains smoke-free to avoid additional charges.
- FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES: Use all items responsibly to avoid damage charges.
- QUIET HOURS: Maintain quiet during specified hours to respect neighbours.
- FINAL CHECK: Upon check-out, ensure all belongings are removed, and the property is left in good condition.
